From full home renovations and architectural extensions to hospitality and offices, every project is guided by the principle that spaces should feel feel deeply personal and reflect the lives within them while elevating the everyday through thoughtful design. With a background in Architecture and Interior Design, Sandra brings both technical expertise and creative vision to every commission, ensuring spaces function as beautifully as they look.

Sandra Flashman has over 20 years experience designing modern interiors. She has recently been awarded as one of 25 Next in Design by Homes and Gardens. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Masters from Central Saint Martins, she applies her expertise within the workplace, residential and retail market. Specifically, she was involved in designing offices for Virgin Holidays and Sky, restaurants for the W Hotel and cabin interiors for Lufthansa. Her awards include a Yellow Pencil award from D&AD.
